- We offer employees a 34-hour working week and an unlimited training budget, of which almost 275.000 training hours have been used.

Access to financial services
Achmea offers more than 13 million customers in six countries affordable and accessible financial products and services that, among other things, protect against risk or provide them with a retirement or disability income.
Around 600.000 clients have access to the financial service platform of Centraal Beheer (saving, investments and mortgages).
Decent work and equal pay
Men and women receive equal pay for equal work at Achmea. We have signed the Work Code, which pursues equal pay between permanent work and flexible work and equal access to social benefits.
We do not invest in companies that systematically violate labor standards. In 2024, we engaged in dialogue with 30 companies about living wages and excluded companies that failed to meet our labor standards.
